The joint MBA/MPP degree program enables students to pursue both a master of public policy from Chicago Harris and a master of business administration from Chicago Booth.

The core curriculum draws on a variety of disciplines and fields, including economics, sociology, political science, statistics, econometrics, political economy, organizational theory, and program evaluation. Graduates leave equipped with the unique perspective and analytical skills to assume leadership roles and drive policy analysis within business, government, NGOs, and related policy and consulting organizations.

Booth and Harris have provided Almozlino access to a unique exchange and confluence of ideas that has enriched her learning experience, and has prompted her to think more critically, examining questions from differing policy and business perspectives.

First-year Booth students considering a joint-degree should take careful note of the number of elective units allowed for joint-degree students, as to not exceed the limit (400 units) in the first year of their MBA. There are important tuition implications for exceeding your elective limit. Please consult with your Academic advisor.
