Booth to partner with U of I engineering

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as part of the Chicago Innovation Exchange, has created a partnership with the University of Illinois College of Engineering that will bring together like-minded students from the two schools. The hope is to keep student entrepreneurs in Illinois, instead of heading west. "We have a number of people who come to business school who have business ideas but don't have the technical skills to make them happen," says Ellen Rudnick, executive director of Booth's Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
